TourDirectr is a workspace where an artist and their team plan touring content. This page says what we keep about you, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is run by ZNTH Media Ltd..
What we keep
- Your login. Your email address and the name you give. Your password is handled by our sign-in provider and is never visible to us. When you choose a password, your browser checks it against a public list of passwords found in data breaches; only a short, anonymous fragment of a scrambled version leaves your device, never the password.
- What you put in. Ideas, comments, captions, hashtags, show dates and places, checklists, social handles, and the links you paste (to a reference video, a Google Drive folder, an iCloud album or a live post). We store the links, not the files behind them.
- Covers of reference videos. When you paste a link to a public video, we fetch its public still image so the idea has a picture.
- Your place in an organization. Which organizations you belong to, your role, who invited you, and when you joined.
- Notifications. If you turn them on, the address your device gives us so a notification can reach it. Turning them off removes it.
- Keeping the service safe. Your IP address is kept for up to two days to stop repeated sign-in attempts. When something breaks we keep a short error record (the page and the error, not your content).
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The one cookie we set keeps you signed in.
- We do not read the contents of your Google Drive or iCloud. A link you paste is only a link.
Who can see what
What you add to an organization is visible to the members of that organization and to nobody in any other organization. Comments show your name. ZNTH Media Ltd. staff can access data when needed to run and fix the service.
Who helps us run it
- Supabase stores the database and handles sign-in. The data is held in the United States.
- Vercel hosts the app.
- Apple, Google and Mozilla deliver notifications to your device if you turn them on.
- Have I Been Pwned answers the breached-password check described above.
Because these providers are outside Quebec and Canada, your information is stored and processed outside the province and the country.
How long we keep it
We keep your login and your organization’s content for as long as the account is in use. When you ask us to delete your login, we remove it and your membership. Content you added to an organization stays with that organization, shown without your login, unless its owner asks for it to be removed too.
What you can ask for
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, to get a copy of it, or to have it deleted. An organization’s owner can remove a member at any time in Settings. You can download your data and delete your login yourself in Settings, under Your data. For anything else, write to us using the contact below and we will answer within 30 days.
Young people
TourDirectr is for people working in music. It is not meant for children under 14, and we do not knowingly keep their information.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we will say so in the app before it takes effect.
