These are the terms for using TourDirectr, a service of ZNTH Media Ltd.. By creating a login or joining an organization you agree to them.
Your account
- Keep your login to yourself. Each person joins with their own.
- You are responsible for what is done with your login.
- You must be at least 14, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
Your content stays yours
The ideas, comments, captions and links you add belong to you or to the organization you add them for. You give us permission to store and show them to the members of that organization, which is what the service is for. We claim no ownership of them.
What you agree not to do
- Add content you have no right to share, or that is unlawful.
- Try to reach another organization’s data, or get around sign-in or limits.
- Disrupt the service or use it to send spam.
Organizations
An organization’s owner decides who is in it and can remove members. If you leave or are removed, what you added stays with the organization.
The service
We work to keep TourDirectr available and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without a promise that it will never be interrupted or free of errors. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose; TourDirectr holds links to your files, not the files.
Ending things
You can stop using TourDirectr and ask us to delete your login at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, ZNTH Media Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the service. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
